Rule 7: Hailing Frequencies Open

Keep OOC lines of communication open at all times with all those involved with any given roleplaying scenario. It is entirely unfair and godmoding to surprise someone with kidnapping them or attacking them. If you let them know ahead of time you can make sure it will be fun for all and not harassment.
