Q: Do you need to be in the Honour Guard first in order to become a Captain?
A: No, becoming a Captain has nothing to do with the Honour Guard whatsoever. Becoming a Captain simply requires proving yourself devoted to the Order.

Q: What do you need to do to become a Captain?
A: RP the perfect CT and be stable OOC

. The following traits are some of what we look for:

• Be intolerant, vigilant, faithful, zealous, and show sufferance
• Hates heretics.
• Avoid strong emotions of any kind.
• No drama or soap opera style RP.
• Never act above your rank even once or you will be on the "Never officer" list.
• Never get demoted.
• Never get booted.
• Help others IC both and OOC.
• Understand that as an officer you need to stop all personal RP and focus on helping the guild instead, within reason. The guild comes before your own needs as an officer.
• Be highest level.
• Be good enough to have all officers to agree to your promotion
• Get "it," "it" being what the CT is about. It is hard to accurately define what “it” is, but it should be obvious when you get “it.”
• Have that officer quality that the Grand Priory looks for.
• When in doubt, think to yourself, what would the Grandmaster do? Despite some appearances, he is a cold, heartless, heretic hating, emotionless, character; played by someone who tries to be fair, level headed, and put the guild first.
