Commendations
of Virtue
When
a Lightsworn of the Order displays excellent devotion to a particular
virtue of Caormastus, the Grandmaster or other member of the Grand Priory
may decide to make a note of this in the Registratus Clergaeum (guild
registry).
It
is common to supplement the way in which you address other Lightsworn
of the Order based on any commendations of virtue they have received.
For example, if you were addressing a Lightsworn who happened to have
the Commendation of zeal, it would be very respectful indeed to say
"hail, Battle Templar so-and-so the Zealous!" This is a gesture
of respect, but is not necessary.
