The
Manifesto
The idea of the manifesto is to give an outline of what the
squad stands for. It must explain what it means to be in the squad,
what tasks and quests the squad will do, and what is required of those
who join this squad. The format is the same for all manifestos and they
serve as a contract with the order. If a squad is unable or unwilling
to do what is stated in its manifesto then it will be disbanded by the
Grand Priory.
Format
of the Manifesto:
Squad name: (the name of the squad)
Captain of the Squad: (the leader of the squad)
Patron(s): (former leaders of the squad who are given honourary membership
in the squad, but who do not take up a roster spot)
Symbol: (what are the symbolic devices used by the squad)
Colours: (what are the colours of the squad)
Description: (Explain the nature and
purpose of this squad.)
Events:
(List the events that this squad will do on a frequent basis and how
often. )
